Nina Pickering

Nina is a werewolf and she will continue to transform while she's in Thusia. Thanks to Thusia's weird moon stuff and her canon being more than a bit unclear about what exactly causes werewolves to transform, whether she transforms or not on any given night is going to be ICly random. So amongst the first things she does when she shows up are going to be a) getting something from a God to warn her when a change it imminent and b) getting a cage. For now I'm going to pick when she changes based on my own convenience but after she settles in I'll probably move to something more truly random and if I get any werewolf canonmates I'll work out what we're doing with them at the time.

In the days leading up to a transformation she'll have an increase in sense of smell and violent tendencies. This is somewhat of a warning in itself, but it's not distinct enough for her to want to rely on it to keep everyone safe. In wolf form, she looks more or less like this. So not a normal wolf, definitely a wolf/human hybrid monstrosity thing. She'll have no control over herself and sedating the wolf leads to unfortunate results so the best solution that they come with in canon is to transform in a cage. The wolf is about as strong as an animal that size with that much muscle should be, rather than supernaturally especially strong or anything.

While she identifies as human she will ping as a supernatural creature to people with supernatural pings, and her sense of smell is enhanced even when she's not near a transformation. She hasn't really learned to use it as finely as she could though, so that's mostly a disadvantage.
